No, the jewelry displayed in the listing photos is a sample piece. Your own piece of jewelry will be made upon order just for you, and will feature the same range of gemstone colors to create a unique piece of jewelry. Due to the fact that I use natural gemstone beads in my jewelry, you can expect slight natural variances in gemstone size, shape and color, although I do my best to make your jewelry as close as possible to the sample in the photos.

Yes. I want everyone that purchases a piece of jewelry from me to be 100% satisfied with their purchase, and I will accept returns/exchanges of my jewelry for any reason. Please contact me within 14 days after you receive your jewelry for return instructions. You can contact me directly by sending a convo through Etsy, or you can email me at eleriajewelry@gmail.com. Please do not attempt to send back jewelry without contacting first for return instructions. Once you have received instructions and authorization for return, please send your item back within 7 days (return shipping costs are responsibility of buyer). I will issue your refund within 2 days after receiving your item back. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to the delicate nature of my handmade jewelry, it is strongly recommended that you avoid exposure of your jewelry to water such as when swimming or showering, along with avoiding contact with chemicals/oils such as when applying perfume or lotion to the skin. It is best to remove your jewelry when engaging in physical activities such as working out. Storing your jewelry in a box or sealed bag with help to keep the jewelry in like new condition and avoid tangling.

When ordering a bracelet you have the option to select length, which is measured in inches from end to end of bracelet (including clasp/ring). Measure your wrist circumference with a flexible measuring tape, or by wrapping a string around your wrist and then laying that flat against a ruler to determine your exact wrist measurement. After determining your wrist measurement, add approx 1/2" to 1" to that number depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit. Keep in mind that the more you add to your measured wrist size, the looser your bracelet will fit. This final measurement is the bracelet size that you should order. If you find that you are not happy with the fit of the bracelet or necklace size that you select when ordering your piece of jewelry, you can absolutely send it back to me for a resizing, free of charge. Please send me a convo through Etsy and I will give you instructions on where to send the jewelry back to for resizing. Please note that return shipping costs are responsibility of buyer.
